We are also happy to offer an exchange if you change your mind within 10 days of delivery. In this case, however, postage will need to be handled by you.

Any defective items can be returned to us within 10 days of delivery in their original condition. All postage will be handled by KarChargers.

SHIPPING

We currently ship all around Australia and New Zealand using two simple methods:

• Standard shipping: 3 - 5 business days

• Express shipping: 1 - 2 business days

• In Australia, we have free shipping on all orders and $50 flat shipping for express
